TalentHub was founded in 2019 with a goal to change the perception of recruitment agencies. Having worked with recruitment agencies in the past, our founders Käthe-Riin Tull and Reet Kaurit felt a need for a solution that focuses on quality.
“We didn’t get the service we were looking for. What was always lacking was collaboration – you could hire a recruitment agency as an external partner that completes tasks. That isn’t enough if your goal is to find new employees that fit your company culture. We couldn’t trust an external partner to represent the employer either.”
So we thought, why can’t recruitment agencies act as internal recruitment partners, who are there to help you throughout the recruitment process and who you could really trust?
And that’s how TalentHub was born. We’re a recruitment agency that offers the service we have always dreamed of – a personal recruitment approach tailored to your needs. Your internal recruitment partner that is always there for you and who you can always rely on.
